Since 2010, AstraZeneca’s Young Health Programme (YHP) has directly reached over fifteen million young people with information about non-communicable disease (NCD) risk behaviours across the world. As lead creative agency for AstraZeneca’s YHP, we developed a modern, consistent strategy that puts their young leaders (YHP Impact Fellows) at the heart of the communication strategy.
We united the visual language of the YHP Impact Fellows so that they are clearly part of a dynamic global community with an identifiable unified voice. Our strategy also focussed on authentic first hand commentary, told by the programme’s young changemakers around the world.
Making the YHP Impact Fellows the heroes of our strategy and shouting their names loud and proud, we helped make AstraZeneca’s multi-layered content easier to understand. ‘On the ground’ content directly captures the global diversity of the programme, helping people engage - including increasing internal AstraZeneca employee engagement.
We loved simplifying the multi-layered YHP content into easier-to-understand stories and putting the incredible changemakers at the heart of the narrative - they are truly inspirational.
